Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

• Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process the order. During the week this usually takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.
• Once your order has been processed, it is dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Placing an order

Ordering at HELEN & ROSE London is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

Please check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click "Proceed to checkout". On the information page, enter your correct address details and make sure all the information is correct. Once this is filled in correctly, click "Continue to shipping".

On the shipping page you have the opportunity to check the address details you have entered. You can then proceed by clicking "Continue to payment".

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order value required.
